Barbara Cronin- Stagnari Reflects on Competing in Kona!


At 55 years-old, Barbara Cronin-Stagnari has proved to the world that there are no limitations. Being a mother of 4 and being diagnosed with Graves disease in 2015, Barbara has completed 5 ultra marathons, 35 marathons, 18 Ironman triathlons, is a High School swimming official, and just got selected to compete in Kona, Hawaii at one of the world’s most challenging triathlons. In addition, Barbara is the founder of TriMomCoach where she designs individualized training plans for all distance triathlons, Ironmans, swimming stroke techniques, running strategies and techniques for all distances as well as strength training for adults, and high school athletes.
