Best Haunted House on Long Island – Chamber of Horrors
I recently had the opportunity to tour Chamber of Horrors in Hauppauge, off exit 55 on the Long Island Expressway. Even though the 44 actors weren’t there and the house was relatively quiet, I was still a little spooked!
When you enter Chamber of Horrors, there are three different attractions — Maniac Manor, Ward 9 and Murders Row. To be honest, one was more scary than the next!
The entire tour lasts more than 30 minutes and promises to be scarefully appropriate for Halloween with dead bodies, moving objects, live actors and much more!
If you want to have a really fun day/evening, check out Chamber of Horrors in Hauppauge. I was very impressed with the details of each room and the size of the house.
Children are allowed in the house, but I would suggest using your discretion for children under the age of 12. Caution – it is spooky and may cause nightmares! It’s perfect for teens, adults and even seniors who love a little scare in their life.
There are two different passes – the Basic Burial pass for $25 or the RIP pass (VIP fast pass) for $35. Get $5 off the ticket price by going to http://www.chamberofhorrors/tickets and use code: SCARE.
The three attraction tour runs through October 31, 2016.
